You didn't think they would shuttle from faraway galaxies, now did you? Aside from being tough on fuel, it is allround boring and complicated.

That's why they have their comfy, ole base relatively near, with entrance conveniently on the side that we never get to see.

Our Moon is not where it is by accident.

Other moons don't show always the same side to their planets. Ours, weirdly, does just that.

It orbits too closely to Earth for its size, but not for its mass. So it is maybe composed of lighter materials. Or maybe it is hollow.

Surface shades hinting at human(oid) face...
Pure koinkidenke?

The more you think about our Moon, the less romantic it becomes.
