Vegetation has gone crazy, and this is obvious for years already. Seems like age-old mechanisms regulating behavior of plants have gone haywire, so new flowers and leaves are appearing in quite wrongly chosen time.
Whatever caused this has to do with global climate changes, but many will be ready to vehemently deny it.
I guess opinions will vary in accordance with education, observing abilities, and with some people, this might depend upon "which side of their bread is buttered, and by whom".
But plants wouldn't know anything about that...
