Old reedstalks bow to the autumn waves, and many never ever straighten up again. Just a few days ago, this one made a beautiful composition wih its reflection in the water, and today it is no more - snapped under the pressure of the waves, and is gone. Until springtime, from all that dense reed forest only maybe one in hundred will remain.
