Location
Ohrid harbor, tavern "Momir"... a nice "sunset ambush" that me and my wife often use, since it has that special view.Time
16:45:18Lighting
Natural, further darkened by heavy clouds. Exposed for the water reflected zone.Equipment
SONY F-828, table-stabilized elbows.Inspiration
The hypnotic beauty of Ohridan renown sunsets...Editing
I think I only clone-darkened an object within the hill silhouette, so as not to disturb (it was too dark anyway). Re-sharpened after re-sizing for upload. In my camera bag
Two cameras, some filters, some batteries and memory cards. Also some boyscout stuff for justincases... fire, knife, cord, flashlight. Things like that.Feedback
Scout for a good location, see what you might require there, imagine some scenarios, and return prepared well before the time of shoot, so as to be ready when things happen. This location is well-chosen, since we can order late lunch or at least a coffee. Also we can shoot off the table - no need to carry a tripod, nor to spread it for other people to trample over it. But that's our "Momir" tavern! Other places, other preparations! :)
