One of Paris' most beautiful churches.... I can never go to the city of lights without visiting Ste Chappelle. Stained glass is ALWAYS a challenge to shoot.... sorry, its always a challenge to shoot WELL- that is, with definition in both the Windows AND the church.

To me, good stained glass and even good cathedral images are VERY hard. Most people dont even bother fixing the verticals.... or they don't line up on the center line... or they are just so overwhelmed by the spectical that is a cathedral they dont follow the basics of good composition.

Shots like this have to be shot for editing. You have to know what you are doing, plan for the edit, and shoot for the edit.

Then you have to know how to edit.
