You have to try this... it's just like pizza, but filled only with finely cut onions covered with another thin layer of dough. A local specialty! The pan is 60 centimeters in diameter.
Of course, no-one can blame you for adding something to the recipe... like minced meat, grated cheese, or just some rosemary... but trust me, onion will be enough.
