There is still much suspended sediment and alga floating in the lake, what from the recent waves and also from very warm weather aiding the rich proliferation of biological components. Good for everything but panoramic photos.
In such situations it's good to switch to closeup and macro... :)
And make sure to wash out your diving gear thoroughly!
