Underwater world also has its daily change of colors, mainly between 0900 and 1700 hours when the percentage of surface-reflected light isn't too big. Outside of these hours, it's simply dark.
Unfortunately, sunrises and sunsets do not exist underwater, but if they did, it would really be something - if only to photographers :)
