Many, many years ago this was my gear of choice to take anywhere. I used to dwell at desolate places for the incredible peace these offered, like at Glavat Lighthouse islet (mid-Adriatic, Croatia) where I spent several winter weeks taking photos and writing one of my books.

Being off the grid, there was no electric to recharge the laptop, so the good ole paper & pencil had to be enough. Together with this dictaphone tape reel audio records and slidefilm photos, the whole was used to sort out the memories and re-type for print when I returned home.

This photo was exposed on Fujifilm Sensia in a Minolta Dynax 7000i. All told I've had only some 50 rolls of film.

Wish I've had 500... Even while the whole isle is just a button of about 100 meters in diameter, there is so much to photograph there you wouldn't believe!
