Actually, a message to all which submit their photos to Viewbug Contests and Challenges.
Fleetingly glimpsing the part of the Challenge or Contest Title does not really help!
Not even a "language barrier" is an excuse for submitting a cat photo to flowers contest!
So entering just any photo to just any contest does not open the chance of winning, but it surely does open some wondering about certain thinking abilities - let alone the photographic abilities - of such folks.
Photography begins and ends with thinking. Simply having a camera will never be enough, because photography = communication, so thinking, learning and understanding is an unavoidable requirement. :)

Add another who agrees 100%. I've seen come nice colourful pictures in B&W challenges... also wrong information about a location I've been to, where even a diplomatic correction gets silence. Bravo! :)

So far it doesn't seem to help much.
People still submit color photos to b&w contests, too many can't tell B&W from Monochrome, and reflections from shadows... Others can't even tell cats from flowers, judging by what all they'll post anywhere. It's mysterious.
Not easy, this photograpahy thing... but maybe some will learn - given enough motivation and time. :)

When you look what all will some people dump on almost any Challenge or Contest, it suddenly becomes not funny. Especially not for such contests creator / moderator...
