How do you capture the water like that. I'm new to photography and want to learn as much as possible.also if you have any tips on choosing a camera to start with as now just using my phone thx.

Hey Alicia! You probably cant do it with a phone. Its a time exposure- you need a camera that you can set the exsposure AND you need a tripod to hold the cam,era steady during the exposure. The technique is called "Dragging the Exposure" and the object is to keep the exposure open for 1/2 to 5 seconds (well longer than you can hold the camera perfectly in place, thus the tripod).
