Noisa is an Earth-sized planet in the Flatcat constellation. Flatcat's "tail tip" is visible in the upper left corner, while its "eyes" appear to be a meow-type double star (lower right).
Emperor Ebrio Mentiroso (1421-1499) has ordered the constellation quadrant to remain secret. Its discoverer was burnt at a stake and his name was erased from all records, because Flatcat is black and it is a well-known fact that black cats are portents of bad luck.
Still, the space probe "Visus Procul" was launched at the end of 15th Century by co-ordinated power of 13 witches left alive for that very purpose.
As it passed through the Rotfl Mao system the probe has sent this single antograph* before disappearing into the system's black hole**. Employing very sophisticated equipment we can still receive its weak signals roughly two days before these are sent.
The data gathered on Noisa reveal no food, water, nor energy sources. Thus, more conservative scientists are inclined to believe that Noisa is not quite suitable for humans. It was calculated that already enormous costs of population transfer would be outweighed by a factor of ten, solely on the subsequent beer and chips import.
However, in certain high circles Noisa still counts as quite attractive for interplanetary mass migration. Namely, orbiting so near to the local singularity**, Noisa would also have no future.
"It is one important worry for not to have", explained one diplomatic person (wishing to remain anonymous).

* An ancient way of imaging by using ants on white surface. Specially trained conjurers called "pixellants" were able to transfer the layout from faraway ants collective mind to the similar local arrangement.
