The scene was blood-freezing to me, as it made me recall another case where a young girl dropped out of the running boat and was badly minced by the propeller...
... and now, many years later, I see these kids far out there on the lake, and maybe just seconds away from something similar.
The youngster in the water was lucky even more, as the one trying to start the outboard did not succeed - they rowed back - but there is always the next time... and accidents just wait to happen...
