I have a big box full with them, all different and obsolete.

Just keep them around. Sometimes new products suddenly "discover" the good old connector type... even if it's just some powerbank cell. I keep the cables rolled up and stashed in an old bag, but they do happen to get used... once in a blue moon!

Well, next week I'm planning to take all that spaghetti collection to my local computer wizard, since he is usually willing to help me with anything hardware-related 24-7-365, and I know he can use these. What I keep will be just the cables I currently can use. Which means, 5-6 different USB connection types. :D
