Manipulated by many secret processes... Naw, just kiddin'!
I only applied the Wind Effect at its maximum, and set the extreme contrast of the particles against dark background. This resulted in visible streaks emanating only from the highlights. The result is interesting, or so I think. Try it sometime! ;)
