Location
I photographed this image of my daughter a few miles south of Paris, IL. We were driving down a gravel road when I spotted this location.Time
It was photographed at sunset.Lighting
I used natural light only. The sunset created the awesome light.Equipment
I used a Canon 5D Mark III and a Canon 85mm 1.2L.Inspiration
My daughter inspired this photograph. She wanted to get her pictures taken and I mentioned to her let's do a country theme. She was all for it.Editing
I used Lightroom & Photoshop to create the final image. In my camera bag
I carry my Canon 5D Mark III, a Canon 85mm 1.2L, a Canon 50mm 1.4, a Canon 135mm 2.0, a Canon flash (very rarely used), and a reflector.Feedback
Go out and have fun! Take as many pictures as you can. Don't stress to children to sit a certain way or force them to do something they don't want to do. Let kids be themselves and just capture the moments.
