I used a ND filter to slow down the shutter...and some corrections in Lightroom.

Thanks OTBP. There is talk of a private company putting in a hydro station just upstream from where this shot was taken. I hope that's not the case...such a beautiful spot and easily accessed from right in the town of Almonte

I mentioned in an earlier pots about the hydro project that was in talks at this beautiful spot. Heavy equipment began to break ground about a week ago. What effect it has on the cascading falls, not to mention the businesses that rely on tourists to survivr, is yet to be seen. Some call it progress...I say it's sad. The construction site is loctaed to the left side of this image, right where the old concrete bridge meets the shore
