A special thanks to friend and professional photographer Kim Seng for his collaboration as a guest judge. Kim Seng, aka Captain Kimo, can lay claim to taking the most HDR photos of South Florida sites, with over 4,000 images available on his web site. Seng was born in Cambodia and still visits regularly as part of his world travels. Since graduating from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 1999 with a degree in computer graphics and animation, he has performed a wide range of graphic arts, including commercial art, web design, art direction and videography. He lives in Palm Beach Gardens.
