I set off walking from North Landing heading towards Thornwick Bay at Flamborough Head, East Yorkshire, I turned to look back and quite liked this view I fired off a few shots then put the little stopper on for this image.Time
I set off at 6:00 am to capture sunrise on Sunday 26th Febuary and this image was captured at 6:45 am just before sunrise but I really liked the lightLighting
I used a two stop hard graduated filter over the sky to balance the imageEquipment
Canon EOS 5D Mark III, EF17-40mm f/4L USM, tripod, cable release, Little stopper, two stop hard gradInspiration
Originally I intended to shoot at North Landing but the light was all wrong so I decided to explore the cliffs heading towards Thornwick Bay and I quite liked this viewpoint.Editing

Always get to location early you never know if conditions are going to be wrong then it is better to have plenty of time to relocate and always have a plan B I got lucky with this shot because Flamborough Head has so much beautiful coastline but it could so easily have been a wasted morning
