Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in Prague in the Czech Republic.

Time

I took this image about 1.30pm.

Lighting

It was one of those days with no sun & an overcast, white sky so still bright.

Equipment

This was taken on a basic bridge camera, a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ50.

Inspiration

I loved the patterns & lines along this street. Luckily there were no vehicles to block the view. With the road going uphill, the archway across the road & the cobbles it made a perfect street scene.

Editing

I adjusted the exposure slightly as there were some shadows caused by the buildings.

In my camera bag

I am very lazy with equipment. I only ever carry my camera as it's lightweight & easy to carry around all day.

Feedback

Look for the patterns & lines in architecture. Catch the angles to produce an image that you fell you are walking in to.
