Well last night was a bit of an adventure as I traveled to Boonah and beyond. I found a dirt road that went up one of the large mountains just on the outside of Boonah's border and decided it was worth exploring. Once at the top I could see so so much as if in a plane and funny enough I could even see the light glow from the Gold Coast some three hrs drive away. The sky was crystal clear and the air was very very crisp and cold up that high. Although it was a challenge to find a decent view facing the milkyway, I did come across this row of tree's. I really loved the way the milkyway was still coming up behind them as if it was just waking up for the night. After a few trial shots I nailed this image the exact way I wanted it and can't be happier. I really hope you enjoy it too.
