The Petronas Towers are by far the most known monument in Malaysia. For a while, the Towers have even been the highest building in the World.Time
Though this iconic building is fascinating all day round, is it at night that I most like it.Lighting
The Petronas Towers are light-flooded every night for scenic effect. However, with the presence of a full moon in the picture I meant to add a touch of "nature" to an otherwise "man-made" main subject.Equipment
Though the light is at quasi-day levels, the use of a tripod is advisable to avoid the risk of a shaky picture.Inspiration
Nature (the moon) looks down to see what man has been able to achieve. This is what I see in the picture; I hope I am not the only one.Editing
No post-processing was made to the picture. In my camera bag
Apart from my compact camera, a light tripod and a couple of filters are all that a traveller's backpack can reasonably afford. Even more so in Malaysian hot tropical weather!Feedback
The Petronas Towers have a unique charme. But there are plenty of fascinating buildings around the World. Just choose yours!
