I call these "fingers of God" and whenever I can I try to capture them. Like you, I love catching these images. I no longer live on an island and I am jealous (in a good way!!) of the landscapes you have at your finger tips. I think these types of views is what I miss most now that I live inland, in Canada. Looking forward to see more, Penny!

This is a superb capture. You perfectly portray the power of the waves and majesty of the sun's rays all in perfect, sharp focus and wonderfully lit. Absolutely brilliant!
