One thing I love when thick fog is covering everything like a blanket. Is those 20 or so minutes when a battle between the fog and sun begin. On some day's you get amazing sun rays bursting thru and day's like this image, it just adds a feeling to an image of warmth.
This image was 10 or so minutes before my last post and the fog lifted enough to let the sun shine thru. But even at this moment I could already feel the warmth on my cold face and the dew dripping on the grass as it was hit with light for the first time that day.
Some times the image you want doesn't happen, and instead something different and just as beautiful happens. To me this was such a calming view and I hope you like it too.
