The photo was taken at a friends home set up in studio style ... it was a favor for a friend Nakita in the hairdressing industry and she was looking to do something different to represent her work using family members and other models that volunteered to sit and have their make up and hair done by her..Time
it was done though out the afternoon , there were six models total and we started at noon and finished up approx. 5:00 - 6:00 pm ...Lighting
lighting was natural through the largest window in the home .... studio was set up in front so the lighting was directed on the modelEquipment
I used the Canon T3i with the 18-55 kit lens and a 70-300 lens... tripod, black backdrop, natural large window lighting , modelInspiration
I love to challenge myself with new projects and learn everything I can with editing and shooting .... this was a project that both Nakita and I worked on together and was my first ever using a modelEditing
I did do a post processing with this capture , I used photoshop and lightroom .... I did the basic editing in lightroom to create a more old style look and finished by adding a texture to complete the process and create a vintage painting style from the Victorian era ...In my camera bag
I have the Canon T6i , Canon T5i and Canon T3i .... I have large Tripod, mini pod for macro and a mono pod .... I have a flashring , spare batteries, cleaning cloths and equipment I have a sigma 120-400 lens, a sigma 10-20 lens, canon 75-300, 18 -55 kit lens, sigma 105 macro lens, tamron 28-300 lens shutter release cables x 2 , hoya filters and protective filters , reflector and many cardsFeedback
The only advice I offer is to never hold yourself back from trying new things , challenge yourself and love what your doing .... explore different genres , learn from experience and ask for help from others ... Viewbug is a wonderful community that offers a great deal of help and many that will inspire you to be creative !
