People's Choice
Grand Jury Winner

"When someone says freckles - this photo is the first thing that comes to mind. A photo with a very interesting and fun model and so fresh and free of clichés you can get. The technic it is not perfect but the content makes up for that many times. I can not stop looking at this picture, and it makes even the most gray and foggy November in to a sparkling colourfull day - so full of life and joy. My favorite and the winner of the "freckles" competition.  That said - there was a very high quality of all the photos and maybe winner is a strong word - I prefer to use the latin term "primus inter pares" or  "first among equals".  Anyway - great job alexandersorokopud" - Trond Lindholm

Runner Up

"Giving critique is always difficult and giving a short reason why a photo talks to me is often impossible but now and then a photo comes along that I can sum up in only one word –  ”stare” by Nina Masic in one and the word and full critique is  – Eyes." - Trond Lindholm

Runner Up

"When given a photo task like " freckles " it is easy to go for all clichés in the book - with hard contrast B & W, sprinkled with a blue filter to give it that extra punch in the freckles . " Look trough " is the opposit , a staged but not overstaged natural portrait. The red hair, with freckles and blue eyes just grabs you in an intense yet subtle way" - Trond Lindholm
