I gotta tell you, Miss Anne. The runner up in the Wildlife contest looks so much like yours. Except for the fact that yours is SO MUCH BETTER!

Location
the photo was taken at Sunnydale Park Ontario Canada in late fall …Time
it was taken late afternoon …Lighting
The light was low , the sky was grey and the sky was flatEquipment
I used the Canon T3i .. canon 300 lens … hand heldInspiration
We were sitting at the park taking what ever nature shot we could with the wild life that surrounded us … although the light was poor and the day was damp and dull we continued to capture what we couldEditing
I did a small crop with boosting the exposure and a bit of contrast .. I then found the perfect texture and blended the two together to make it look as though it was raining .. I added a slightly warm gradient to finish the photoIn my camera bag
I carry two cameras , canon t5i and Nikon D5300 … I have a variety of lenses from 10mm to 400 mm , I have my ND filters and cleaners , my batteries and shutter release , lens caps and many other accessoriesFeedback
Play with your settings , enjoy what you are doing , focus on what you see in that view finder … pay attention to detail and if you are happy with what you see then shoot .
