Location
The picture was taken in a Herero community in Otjozondjupa Province in NamibiaTime
Afternoon, about 6AM, sun was about to go down.Lighting
No, the nature took care of it.Equipment
I used a Canon T70 with a dias film. No tripod, flash. Just out of the car, do some purchasing, take picture, and off we went. Typical turist behavior.Inspiration
The Herero woman sitting close by her shop, with a doll (for sale) on her lap, and the special construction of the shop.Editing
The picture was taken as a dias, later (about 20 years) it was scanned and processed (sharping, colors, cropping). In my camera bag
At that time, just the camera T70 and a zoom lens, with some cleaning equipment wich could handle dust and sand for the desert.Feedback
Go to Namibia! Great people!
