This portrait was taken in the shelter on the north of Lapland in Sweden.Time
It was at the evening, days were extremally short and at 4 o'clock was completly dark. It was beginning of our way, first days of pandemia. we did not know about the situation on the world and we also did not supose that finally we will spend almost 3 months walking on skis with tent.Lighting
We had plans for 32 days, many maps. My friend was watching our maps with head light and as it was extremally cold the steam from his breath almost covered his face. It was looking very funny and also very interesting so I took this photograph.Equipment
I had Canon 5DkmIII and canon 70-200l f4Inspiration
Winter in Arctic is very special. I love landscapes but I also like to take photographs of my partners. It shows our history in other way.Editing

taking pictures of people during hard travels is not easy to me. Needs fast reaction. But I am happy year by year I am better and my collection of portraits grows.
