This was photographed in my in home studio.Time
It really doesn't matter what time it was because it was indoor and with strobe lighting.Lighting
I used 2 strobe lights. One left camera; the other is used as backlight for the subject at right camera. I needed this to get some shadow for definition on the subject.Equipment
Used my canon xsi, 18-55mm lens, and 2 strobes.Inspiration
I just wanted to take some photos of my grandson. It wasn't a special occasion. I don't get to see my daughter and grandkids as much as I would like.Editing
I did brighten up his eyes. It turned out I should have had more lighting on his eyes for this image.In my camera bag
I carry two cameras, 2 lenses, filter and my tripod.Feedback
It took many shots to get one decent photograph of my grandson. He would look everywhere but at me and I finally got one that he was looking at me. He is adorable and I finally was able to capture that.
