This was taken at the Blackpool Airshow. I managed to get a good vantage point and captured this shot as they were breaking formationTime

The lighting for such shows is not guaranteed but there was enough sun to allow the Red Arrows to be highlighted at a good levelEquipment
Just a Canon SLR camera, handheld and no flash, keeping the camera as steady as I couldInspiration
I have always been a fan of the Ted Arrows and wanted to take a photo that would do them justiceEditing
Slight amendments to sone settings such as exposure, contrast, light and darkIn my camera bag
I usually just carry my Canon 100D with standard lens, along with a 300mm zoom lens, spare battery and spare memory cardFeedback
Try out the best camera settings to allow you to capture action shots with clarity. Practice following the action with a steady hand and carry on following the action even after taking the shot. This will reduce potential blur
