Draining the northeast side of the Mount Pleasant Area to Wolf Ridge, this once trickle of a spring feeds the the Piney River, Tye River, and James River. This is an excellent habitat for my favorite freshwater fish, Brook trout.
This shot involved risking life, limb, and my equipment, but my thanks go out to a 3" yellow birch; hanging off the cut bank.
