This was taken from a 35 minute timelapse shot of Bodie Island lighthouse (taken from 10:35 to 11:10 PM on 7-7-13). The Tokina 11-16mm f-2.8 DX-II lens distorts the image, but star trail adds an eerie vertigo effect. I set the top of the lighthouse on the North Star (Polaris).
