Wow, great focus! I've been trying to get a really good photo of one of these and it's difficult.

Simply stunning. Incredibly captured with excellent clarity, beautiful composition and rich tonality though out. Kudos. Keep on shooting.

I had the garage door open almost all the way to be able to use natural light which worked well.Equipment
I used my Nikon D300 with my Nikon 105mm 2.8 lens. I also used my RRS tripod and my remote shutter relaase.Inspiration
I love lilies and have tried for a long time to capture a photo that I was pleased with. This was it. I had the right aperture for depth of field at f22. My shutter speed was 1/100 and my ISO was 800. I did not like the full flower so I worked on capturing just a portion of it. I had the lily in a short vase on a table and a black cloth behind it. I also sprayed water droplets on the flower.Editing
I adjusted the blacks to get the background darker. I sharpened it a little and made minor exposure adjustments. This was all done in Lightroom. In my camera bag
My Nikon camera, Nikon lenses including a 12-24mm, an 18-300mm, a 70-200mm, an 80-400mm, a 50mm and a fisheye lens, extra cards and battery.Feedback
I recommend a tripod for sure and the remote shutter release to get the sharpest photo. Take time and try different angles and settings until you find what looks the best.
