Location
Wee were camping in a state park (Weston Bend) just a few miles from Our home. We took a morning walk on a 3 mile paved trail and found this Copperhead snoozing in the middle of the trail. Fortunately I saw it before our dog did, and after pictures, made a wide detour around.Time
This was probably around 8:30 am.Lighting

Seeing a venomous reptile beneath your feet can inspire one to do many things, for me it was to step back and point the camera.Editing
