Location
This picture was taken just outside the window of my cabin in Våler, Solør in Norway. The bird was sitting in a small birch just 5m from the wall.Time
After breafast time (which can last for a long time, if a trip around is not planned), I use som time to look for birds in the nabourhood. Very oftyen I sit in a chair just below tha window, vaiting for birds to appear.Lighting
This was a day which was pretty cloudy, but no heavy clouds.Equipment
I used a Canon EOS 7D, with a Tamron 18-400mm, handheld, but partly supported agaist the building.Inspiration

Patience, patience. Sooner or later the bird will be in a good position! A shelter can be useful, but if you are at the place often, and you serve some goodies, thy will sit on your lens before you know it!
