Hi Chris, thanks for the comment. I used a black balloon filled with water and poked it with a needle. Camera in tripod with 2 off camera flash from the side triggered remotely. Here timing is the key, it took me about 10 balloons to get this one. Note that my model had such long fingers ! Later I removed the broken balloon bits in PS.
