I went back to the pond at Crabtree Nature Center and the only thing of interest I could find was this Great Blue Heron quite a distance away standing on logs. The heron jumped into the pond 3 times and flew up to the logs without catching anything. It jumped in again, came up with this large catfish. It is the biggest fish I have ever seen a heron catch. It flew off into the island in the middle of the pond.
