Einstein is the friendly, smart squirrel who has been hanging around in our yard for 3 years. A couple of weeks ago, I spotted her carrying leaves in her mouth and going up into the tree in our front yard. She appeared to make a nest. It is possible she is pregnant. Now she is coming to the front door instead of the back and will take a peanut and run up the tree to eat it which she has never done before. She is also guarding the tree and the nest and is actively chasing off any squirrels that try to climb the tree.
