Clustered with hoodoos and lone pine

Thousands of stars glittered above my head as it got darker and darker. As though it were the cue, the temperature dropped like sand bags. My lungs soon filled up with the crisp arid air. Then, the Milky Way rose over the echo chamber clustered with hoodoos and a lone pine. The same galaxy that inhabitants from Paleo-Indians to the Paiute Indians had enjoyed for the last 10,000 years.
