I have tried for years to photograph an Eastern Bluebird. I went to a state park near my home where I have never gone before. I spotted a bluebird nesting box so I set up my equipment. The majority of the birds landing on the box were Tree Swallows. All of a sudden, a Bluebird landed and I was really excited to be able to photograph it. One Bluebird actually went into the box.
