This image was taken late in the afternoon at a large, hilly cemetery

The image was converted into B&W and then an infrared filter was applied. I then turned the image into a negative.
Several layers of gradients were added with E X T R E M E L Y generous amounts of Hue-Light-Saturation and various opacities for each layer. I then added Noise and Grain for added texture in the grass and, a dose of Sharpen for the tombstone edges..
Finally, I used the Dodge and Paintbrush (white) tools to bleach the bottom left edges so the white VB background would flow - merge into the image.

A big, giant thank you to my VB friends "Kay B" and "Captured" ( you know who you are) for your many, wonderful inspirations and, encouraging me to be more adventurous in own my creations.

Ya done good, Forrest. Thanks for the mention! I'm usually a bad influence, I'm told :) And thanks for the explanation of how you got this effect. More of us should do that! I'll learn from your description. Great shot and edit!
