excellent capture Anne. Lovely detail in these tree roots and it appears that there might be a valley beyond the wall??? Only figured this because of the way that tree is growing out of the side of what I figure is a hill?

I agree with the others - wonderful story-telling! I am thinking the great view is the one behind them with those great trees, but the other view is left a mystery! :)

There is so much dynamic range in pictures like this, 16 stops, that it is hard to get all the range captured! Well done, Anne! VERY pretty capture!
