Location
I took the photo at Palencia, Spain in the National park of Fuentes Carrionas y Fuente cobre.Time
I set the tent while the sun was setting and before it I began taking photos until it went too dark.Lighting
It was dark and I couldn't see any light in miles around so I decided to experiment with my camping lamp and I put it inside the tent and when I came out I saw the tent glowing and I thought it would be a great photo.Equipment
It was dark and I had a heavy tripod because I knew that it would be a windy night and I took my cable remote shooter too and as I've said I used a camping lamp ti light the tent while I was outside taking the photo.Inspiration
I love travel and go hiking so I usually spend many hours looking photos of other photographers in VB and I thought I could use the tent in the composition.Editing
I usually take my photos in RAW beacuse sometimes I need to correct exposure or white balance and specially when I take photos at night when I can't see clearly. When I took that photo I did not noticed that the tent was quite overexposed, but fortunately I had toaen it in RAW and I corrected it.In my camera bag
I always carry a torch or a lamp for night photography and a heavy tripod to avoid be moved by wind or water, my camera and my zoom lens and my favourite lens, tokina 11-16mm wide angle for night photos and landscapes. I often take some energy bars and a towel to sit on while I'm waiting for the perfect moment to shoot.Feedback
To take "great" photos you must be original and shoot from unique and new perspectives experiment with light and exposure and if you don't have any great idea you can watch photos of other photographers to get inspired.
