Behind The Lens

Location
It's called "The wall of Death" they travel with shows around the country. This is one of the motorcycles they use to ride around in circles in a wooden dome.
Time
It was around 10am with the sun behind the subject.
Lighting
I used a Nikon flash as a fill. very light fill not to notice two shadows
Equipment
Nikon D800, Zeiss 15mm, f/11, 200th sec, ISO 100, low angle on the ground looking up.
Inspiration
I had shot the show and wanted to check out the bikes they used. They are great looking old style Harley motorcycles.
Editing
Converted the color RAW to black & white and worked with the 10 zones to get the best out of the image.
In my camera bag
I use three different bags depending on the size of the job bag one : Nikon D7100 body, 12-24 zoom, 60mm, 180mm, batteries, cards, bag two : Nikon D800 body, 70-200 zoom, 15mm Zeiss, 50mm Zeiss, 85mm Zeiss, 60mm Micro, 24mm Nikon Bag three: Nikon D800 & Nikon D7100, 15,16,24,50,60,180, 300, 70-200 zoom depending on studio or location I take strobes and batter strobes
