I think this would make a nice landscape if you cropped the tower out on the edge of the photo. Just a suggestion.

Location
I walk around this Lake in Central Washington as often as I can and today was the perfect day. I propped myself and camera up for the photo, dialed in my settings to get it just right and after a few shots managed to capture this amazing sight.Time
I took this photo the 30th of January approximately 4:24PM.Lighting
I couldn't have asked for a better day, the light was perfect, and just peaking from behind the hills to my left.Equipment
I shot this image with a cell phone; LG V10, no tripod, no flash, just leaned against a tree and propped my camera against it as well and "click".Inspiration
I love the outdoors, I saw this sight and had to have it!Editing
Yes, I used the built in processing app on my cell phone, brightened it about 10%, blurred the image to give it a painting type of feel, and then warmed up the color temp so it didn't look so end of the world blue.In my camera bag
When I'm prepared, I carry a Nikon D3300, standard kit lense, mini tripod. Nothing special but what's in front of me.Feedback
Time, honestly. I have been to this site hundreds of times over the course of 2 years and have seen it bitter cold and broiler hot! Sometimes you happen in the right place at the right time as I did. Knowing what you want to capture, I knew I wanted the lake and the mountain way off in the distance, I only had to wait for the right moment.
