I recently attended a Birds of Prey Program put on by a local nature center. They brought in several birds who have been rescued and cannot be released into the wild so they are now being used to educate people. I have never seen a Red-shouldered Hawk but they are native to the state in which I reside. It is a very beautiful bird and I was happy to be able to photograph it.
