Location
I shot this photo on New Zealand's South Island, exactly on the Track to a mountain called "Mount Roy" next to Lake Wanaka in the Otago region.Time
It was in the afternoon.Lighting
Just natural light of course.Equipment
I used an EOS 6D with a 80-200mm f/2.8 lens with a GND-filter on a tripod. I also set an intervalometer (thanks to MagicLantern firmware) and walked to the place you see me on this photo.Inspiration
The landscape. Lake Wanaka is my favourite location of all. And also I love it to be above the clouds.Editing
I used a RAW converter to change the contrast and the colors a little bit.In my camera bag
My EOS 6D, 16-35mm f/4, a 14mm f/2.8 and NDs, GNDs and a polarisation filter.Feedback
Even if it's hard to hike to the location, maybe because of fitness level, think about all the time what kind of photo opportunities it can offer.
