Ok. This is really good. Love the details. Good choice for a black and white. Enjoy how expressive it is.

Brilliant. I so love this photo. The detail is outstanding. Is it to much to ask what type of adjustments you need to get this effect. Brilliant shot again.

I wonder which one is worse: being under an artillery barrage or attending that gig! 😁

Location
This picture was taken during the 2014 Copenhell metal festival in Copenhagen, DenmarkTime
Arch Enemy performed late in the afternoon, so there was still a bit of light and I didn't have to push my ISO up.Lighting
Not much to say about lighting - it was what was on the stageEquipment
The picture was shot with my Fuji X100S. Maybe not what you'd expect a concert photographer to use, but the camera was my new toy, and I decided to bring it to the festival along withe my Canon equipment. And it turned out that my best picture from the festival (this one) was shot with the Fuji :)Inspiration
As a concert photographer I try to capture the action and mood in the shows, The front figure in Arch Enemy, Alissa White-Gluz, is a very dynamic and colourful performer, and I knew I should have my eyes on her to catch a great moment - and she didn't let me down.Editing
Even though there were great colors in this picture, I decided to make it black and white, as I felt it was better suited for what I wanted to bring to the viewers. In my camera bag
For many years I've been shooting Canon and I still have my Canon gear. But I'm slowly switching to Fuji, and besides the Fuji X100S used for this picture, I now also have a Fuji XT-2, A Fuji XT-3 and several lenses for these. And I have to say that I enjoy the great performance from the Fuji gear and that I have much less weight to carry.Feedback
It is probably hard for a photographer in the audience to capture something like this. It was shot from the pit and I don't think I could have done it from the crowd.
