Clash Of The Premiums Photo Contest Winners
Thank you to all the photographers that shared their best photos and displayed their talent in the Clash Of The Premiums Photo Contest with chances to win a Canon EOS Rebel T5 and more!
"Probably one of the most difficult contests to judge is when you have an “anything goes” type of theme. The Premium members had a great selection of finalists to choose from; a mixture of portraits, landscapes, macro, wildlife, etc. As I looked through the images, I pulled out the ones that really caught my eye, wether it was because of the story, the technical ability, the tones, patterns, textures or all of the above." - Laurie Rubin

"I really love this image! Beautiful layers of trees, in a soft atmosphere of twisted silhouettes of trees. I kept coming back to this one and wanted to look deeper into it. The vignette draws you into the image and the border of darker trees keeps you there. Well captured and executed. Congratulations!" - Laurie Rubin
"I thought this was a really well executed portrait. The lighting is very well done and I especially like the laid back pose to match the model’s relaxed gaze and hands with that subtle wisp of smoke. Making this a black and white portrait was wonderfully done with lovely tones throughout." - Laurie Rubin
"There were several very nice animal images in this particular contest, but this one made me smile. I love how the 5 penguins are all lined up, walking along the sea shore. The muted colors of the background are subtle enough so that the orange on the beaks and heads of the penguins are emphasized." - Laurie Rubin
